‍Carimar Beach Club Terms & Conditions

A 13% GST (Goods and Service Tax) by the Government of Anguilla and 10% service charge will be added to your nightly rate.The rates listed include up to two people in a one-bedroom villa and up to four people in a two-bedroom villa. There is a nightly charge of $50.00 per person for additional guests age 12+, and a charge of $35.00 per person for children age 5 to 11 years. There is no additional charge for children under age 4 years and babies. Cribs are available at $10.00 per night. Please take note that the maximum occupancy for a one-bedroom villa is three people, and up to six people in a two-bedroom villa.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is refundable, less a $100.00 cancellation fee if your cancellation is received 90 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation are free of charge. For cancellations received inside the 90-day cancellation period, the deposit is non-refundable. Should there be a hurricane watch or warning issued for the Island of Anguilla within 4 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded.

Carimar Beach Club is a small property, and late cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we strictly maintain this policy. We understand that the unexpected can happen, so we strongly recommend travel insurance or consider Carimar’s Cancellation Fee Waiver (details under Cancellation Fee Waiver).
