Creative, passionate, peaceful expressions abound. From canvases of color and driftwood carvings, to the sounds of steel pan and guitar, the island articulates its joy of life through music, art, poetry and dance. The individual celebrates creativity with complete freedom on Anguilla.
Artists from around the world have come to join the local artist community in pursuit of their creative muse. Galleries are abundant and gentle music fills the air, celebrating the individual, the community, the life.

Art Café
Browse international contemporary art while savoring light meals at the Art Café. Located in the Coconut Paradise Building, Island Harbour, the Art Café is owned and curated by Janus Pavluk.

Cheddies Carving Studio
Cheddie Richardson, an internationally acclaimed wood sculptor, works in mahogany, walnut and especially driftwood. His creations portray birds, dolphins, fish and humans, and some pieces have been cast in bronze, supervised by the artist himself. One of a kind driftwood tables are breathtaking in their form and scope. Located along Albert Hughes Drive. Open Monday through Saturday, 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Devonish Art Gallery
Internationally acclaimed sculptor Courtney Devonish creates sensual wood and ceramics sculptures. His work is on display at Devonish Art Gallery, located on Albert Hughes Drive near West End Road. In addition, the Devonish Art Gallery displays other works by local, Caribbean and international artists, including beaded jewelry created by Courtney’s wife, Carrolle Devonish. Open Monday through Saturday, 9:00am through 5:00pm in season.

Estate Hope Art Studio
The Estate Hope Art Studio overlooks Crocus Bay and features fine textile art by Carol Richardson. Handmade quilts, wall hangings and handbags each display unique character that is both pleasing to the eye and to the touch. Paintings and other works of art are also available. Lynne Bernbaum Art Studio
Lynne Bernbaum explores the geometry of nature in her fine art that is inspired by her surroundings on her island home of Anguilla. Overlaying the elements of pattern, subject, color palette and composition with a refined style and a whimsical seriousness, she achieves startling and graphically compelling results in her paintings. Lynne’s studio is located in George Hill Landing. Open Monday through Saturday.

Savannah Gallery
Housed in the historic Rose Cottage in the Lower Valley, the Savannah Gallery showcases contemporary Caribbean art including paintings, sculpture, crafts and prints from throughout the Caribbean. The Gallery also includes an extensive Haitian art collection. Additionally, Savannah also showcases an eclectic selection of art created by resident artists of Anguilla. Shanicia Richardson
Anguillian artist, Shanicia Richardson has always had a passion for drawing and sketching. She has studied art and honed her skills under the direction of local artist Louise Brooks and also with the artist Jose Juan Moreno Frances. She translates the beauty of her island home onto canvas and other decorative souvenirs.
