3 Day

Short but sweet…we are here to help you make the most of your time with these suggestions.

Day 1

Start the day  by hopping over to one of our cays, Sandy Island, Prickly Pear or Scilly Cay. Bring your beach towel and snorkel gear.  Have a succulent barbecue lunch.  Swim and sunbathe the day away in Anguilla tranquility.

In the evening head out to one of Anguilla’s world-class restaurants.  Anguilla is the gourmet capital of the Caribbean.

For a nightcap grab a Dune Shine at the Dune Preserve, Rendezvous Bay, a magical beach bar crafted from driftwood and the colorful hulls of retired Anguilla racing boats.  Or make your way to Sandy Ground where an array of beach bars stay open until the last person leaves.

Day 2

In the morning, relax…this is Anguilla, the island of hypnotic breezes and near-perfect weather.  There is a natural luxury here that everyone enjoys, whether it is from one of our exclusive private villas or the veranda of your Charming Escape® resort.

Midday, explore the island by car or by bike.  Navigating Anguilla is easy.  If you are up for a challenge, Anguilla’s 18-hole championship golf course, Temenos, is an excellent place to work on your stroke.

Grab some local flavour and satisfy your hunger with a tasty bite from one of our many roadside grills.  Lunch Anguillian style!  Now that your are getting into “Anguilla life,” sample a taste of our culture and learn about Anguilla’s boat building history at our local museum, “The Heritage Collection.”  Or take a sailing lesson with one of our seasoned skippers.

You have a choice of over a 100 restaurants for your dining pleasure, one of which is bound to be a short stroll from your hotel. Sandy Ground, Ripples and the SandBar are great for casual dining, and the Pumphouse restaurant offers great pub food.  Elvis’ Beach Bar is ultra casual fusing American and local cuisine in dishes like goat tacos.  All are a great bet for a good time.

Day 3

Little Bay is a perfect day trip.   Catch the Little Bay Ferry with Calvin departing from Crocus Bay or charter a boat and make a day of it.  Add Shoal Bay to your itinerary – ranked #1 beach in the world by the Travel Channel.  Hang out at the  “shabby chic” beach bars serving $2 beers.  The scene is an excellent blend of local and international.

Be sure to save some energy because tonight is another night to experience more great dining on Anguilla.

Come back soon and stay awhile.
